The saturation of color way in the far background is still a bit high, which hurts the level of depth you could be conveying with the image.
I think layout-wise it's quite good, though.

Proper art-tips just aren't public knowledge in general and are often simple but extremely hard-fought to find someone to say them. I haven't figured out quite why this is.
