Description
Another player's Shadowrun character, Phil "Slug" Shoemaker is an ex-cop and the team's class clown, often jeopardising runs with his silly shenanigans. Despite this, it always seems to work out in the end.Given his silliness, I added a chibi sketch of him being excited about getting the Rat Pope's hat (long story).
