Made for the Traveller in Time contest - Traveller in Time - 15 days left, new entryI was thinking about how druidic time machines might work. Maybe Stonehenge is one, but we just don't know how to activate it.
This priest is sending back the family of a scientist who got thrown into the past due to an experiment gone wrong...and...umm...yeah if i could write, I'd be writing, not painting!

This is so cool! Love the colours and the concept. You might like the book "The Witching Stone" by Georgia Paton; it's got a story involving some people traveling back to druidic times through a stone circle portal.

To be honest, the horror thing was when I first saw the 'wizard' figure, I thought he could be death seeking some kind of major power, like the trailer for Diablo 3 game, but looking at it longer, it's has more more of a fantasy feel to it

Sometimes when there's a contest and i have to come up with art following someone else's idea, i use the opportunity to experiment.
When i use my own ideas, i tend to imagine them in my usual style.
