2-I dont know how to make pixel art/gifs myself.

Ahh, well pixel art is easy. You just go to photoshop and draw with a pencil tool (which draws 1 pixel at a time). You can even use the Paint program!
Animated GIFs are more complicated. You need Adobe ImageReady for that. And i bet there are on-line tutorials on how to animate with that program (cos i don't know how... something to do with layers...).

My comp is too old to make photoshop work, not mentioning other fancy graphic stuff.
And i'm what people call, "technologically challenged:.

And pixel art shouldn't be that fancy i think... It should have less information then other photoshop tools. Plus i had an old comp as well. It actualy died of old age... And i worked on it with photoshop
