Mitsurugi with deep ocean blue coloured jacket

Converted to XPS from SFM (didn't originally have facial bones so the SC4 Mitsurugi head was grafted on instead)
Please let me know if there are any bugs and i'll get to fixing them

My Notes:
I noticed the ocean wave theme of his jacket and figured blue would be a good start. I couldn't figure out the colour of his belt and pants so I may tinker with it in the future
Again, this was ported from SFM so there was no facial bones and I grafted the SC4 Mitsurugi head over (ported by Undead mentor)
You'll notice the chin/neck area having a noticeable different colour tone but I've worked on that for a while and this is as good as i'm wiling to do for now.

Lastly you'll notice the end of the hair having some transparency issues if you zoom out enough (most obvious when by Mitsurugi's cheeks and by his chin. SC4 Kilik and Taki have this issue as well and I've yet to resolve this.
This appears to be an XPS only problem since when people render with other software there doesn't appear to be this issue.
