This is utterly amazing, and I wish to beg you for shots of the Mass Effect 3 Geth Prime (from the Multiplayer).

And on a related note, I am desperately trying to find references for the Biotic Hammer/Melee that the Krogan Sentinel uses in ME3 Multiplayer, but I can't find it anywhere! Including poking around the PCC files. If its not a bother for you, OR if you could give me pointers, I would deeply appreciate it!

This is a really awesome library. If you're still doing these, there's a few more I'd love to see:

For named, Conrad Verner outfits from all 3 games. But especially his civilian outfit from ME3. Dr. Michel and Dr. Chakwas. 

For generics, some of the non-dancer civilian outfits seen on NPCs around the Citadel. Especially human ones. Dresses and work clothes. Normandy crew uniforms from ME2.

Would it be possible for you to put up a reference for Weyrloc Guld from Mordin's loyalty mission?

His armor looks like it is a recolor of the bulkier bloodpack mercenary armor that you already have up, but he has a helmet that I don't think I've seen anywhere else other than in Zaeed's quarters.
