She limits herself to blowing magical bubbles which can do various things, such as: Protective sheild, air breathing apparatus, floatation (encasing herself in a bubble), exploding bubbles etc.
Because of her child-like mind and oppressive adult influence, she's been unable to reach her potential.
She is not trained as a fighter and so is hesitant when it comes to combat. She will only fight to protect someone else.

Shortcomings: Jessi is extremely naive and trusting. She will believe most things she is told, therefore Riley tries not to ever leave her alone. Her low level of intellect means she doesn't always understand, but she has a habit of parroting adult behaviour and things she has heard, which makes her seem less child-like and more perverted than she really is.
She is somewhat bipolar; her emotions being extreme and can change at the drop of a hat. She's stubborn and prone to pouting if she doesn't get her way.

Biography:

Lives in Miir-Sau with Riley and Momma.

There's no nice way to put it...She's a complete dumbsh*t. She has her unexpected and hilarious moments or genius, but mostly she's away with the fairies.

She can't read or write, but she's rather a prodigy with magic. Riley is her rock, I doubt she could survive without him. They know almost everything about each other and are constantly sharing their thoughts and feelings. They spend more time than is normal together, and they were even in the same class in school.

In the pic here with her all ' proud ', in a scene in the manga a mean boy 'teaches' her to write her 'name'...But he makes her write "I'M STUPID!" as a cruel joke. She doesn't realise and runs to Riley all proud and excited that she finally learned how to write her name.
...Riley seriously maims the boy, of course.

She likes sweet, sugary food, but is not allowed it as it makes her unmanageably hyper.
