this is FCFS (First Come First Served) adoption, unless stated otherwise in the title. Please do not try to "outbid" other buyers, it's simple common courtesy. Instead, post your own comment saying that you would gladly take the adopt if the other person needs to back out.
You may co-own it. But both people have to agree and I must be told.
First time you draw it (or someone else draws it for you) then thats all the credit we need, after that you don't have to anymore

after 24 hours of no response if the adopt has not been paid, I will sell said adopt to the next person who asks for it and is able to pay
Please say "sent" after you have sent the payment so I can keep track of payment!
