the very first time i tried to draw a character while doing my first course was miruko. i had nothing to start with and tried to remember her features so it was a mess; and after i got a refence it still wasnt what i wanted. but it is strange to wait for something incredible while you are just startint, almost delusional - i guess this is a moment where some people stops?

in silence i tried to do her drawing sometimes, but was never confident (same as 2b) and just kept it to myself, sometimes i didn't even save the file. but this being the year of the bunny i decided to try again just to see what happens - this is the result. rough around the edges, needs more polishing, more rendering, more... well, you get the idea: i am not yet at my top game, but i can't deny progress. to see better lineart and to start seeing muscles, more defined features and even lightning is a good progress. i am not even halfway there, but i am still here and i am glad about it.

will by next year she be even better? honestly i don't know.
but i still wanna try it again and again.
