Exactly! I cropped it a couple different ways, but this view definitely showed the wave action.

Apparently you guys in the states only use this as decoration on the food plate? we chop it very fine.. and cook it.. about a ¾ of a pound of it.. some salt .. and then mix it with mashed potatoes... a few dobs of butter through it.. and serve it with your favorite sausages.. hmm lovely!

Nope...I darkened the overall image and then used contrast to bring back some shadow/highlights, and dropped out a little of the background, but that's it.
