Astrid is another Knight in the Order of the Golden Phoenix. At 29 she is Rayna's Elder by 3 years. While she is not the prodigy Rayna was, Astrid is one of the most talented strikers in the order. Lacking in special attacks she makes up for it in stamina and strength, wielding a large two hand blade taller than herself. Her attacks can smash any defence or cut througha group of enemies with a single swing.
Astrid was born into the order inheriting her mother's strength, her younger sister did not and did not stay with the order. Astrid's mother was also the wet nurse for Rayna and felt like she was a younger sister as well.
