I agree with Koimii about the ambition of this pose, and your foreshortening is coming along well. Nice work! Your character concepts, as always are very interesting!
Still, there is a certain roughness to it.
The simplest improvement could happen by simply smoothing out your colouring. I can see that the countering direction of the pencil strokes. It washes out shading and distorts any sense of form that your lines were intended to create. Try colouring in a direction that flows with the shape of your subject. Don't be afraid to create texture and space. There is also a lack of shadow. Are you afraid to add shadows for fear or wrecking the picture?

well I wanted to try a little trial again and see what i could do in 30 min. I broke some color out at about 25 min in sooo yeah it's a bit shite.
is the one I was talking about. that's about a 1hour piece.

yeah full time is almost impossible with that obamacare crap.
As long as you can get by though this work experience will help when going for something better.
