Description
The final boss of Sonic 3 if you haven't collected all of the Chaos Emeralds. Something that always caught my eye during this fight was the odd lack of stars...Part 2 (thus far): roborobotnik.deviantart.com/arβ¦
Mainly done just to prove to myself I could still draw since it had been so long since I'd come remotely close to doing anything more than a little doodle, but I got impatient waiting for software to install on my computer, so this was done without pressure sensitivity or the use of gradients. I felt like being messy.

I actually appreciate the attempt to show the structure the bridge is sitting on, though it would have been far more accurate (and hilarious) to show it disappearing into an abyss.
That said, the perspective is excellent, the level of detail on the robot impressive, and the color blur on sonic is great.
You should do a version with sonic slightly ahead and robotnik sneezing away the bridge behind him.

Originally, before I drew the surface of Death Egg, the intent was for it to be going on infinitely since you can keep running on that bridge until time runs out, but I decided to draw the end of bridge that you eventually reach once you beat the boss. I could do a part two of the boss with sonic running from the mech... I might as well.
