I like what you did with the belt with the potions, a small but a bit essential thing that's over looked in a lot of adventure OC's designs.

I have some critique- Don't be afraid to push the contrast! And the best way to accomplish that is by using complimentary colors in shadows. You have suggestion of folds, but definitely look at more fabric and see how it falls against form. Pay close attention to proportion, her hands are a little small, and her right arm is a little short. That's probably because it's really close to the edge, but a good solution may be just a change of position or composition.
My favorite part of the picture is actually the bodice, I think you colored it really fabulously! It really looks like there is a three dimensional form under the fabric I also like the volume of her hood, even if it isn't falling realistically- I think it looks nice aesthetically.
