- Eriss has always loved life even through the hard times and she never really liked to keep things very serious. Though she could be serious when the situation called for it.
- She can be very out spoken at times, not really caring what or how you feel. This is only when something urks her the wrong way. This is her true vampire darkness that rises up every now and again making her dark and unfeeling.
- She loves playing tricks, or teasing people she really cares about. Its I guess one of the ways she shows she cares.
- When she loves someone or something she doesn't go half way she goes full out. This is why she distances herself from others afraid that it would end all to quickly like all the others have in her past.
- She is very loyal to people close to her. Even with what her older brother has down she still is very loyal to him always has been on his heals.
- She is very gentle and delicate with her words, and with things she touches, works with.
- She is very hesitant and distant very wary of others and scared that if they got close she would just lose them.
- For being very gentle she does have a strong will to fight for what she believes she always has and always will.

History:

When Eriss was a little girl she lived in a large Vampire Society with her family being the only ones left of royal blood to run the pure bloods. Keeping them safe from Vampire Hunters which seemed to double over the years since she was a little girl.

Before she was born there was worry among the people for their leaders Eriss's Mother seemed to be baren for they had tired so many times for an heir with no such luck. Over the decades they grew tired and frustrated. Then finally after not trying anymore they conceived a son, no more then a year and half later Eriss was born. It was a joyous blessing for the Xander-guild couple though they thought they knew what to prepared for raising children.

Vampires now a days have complete control of their feedings no crazy blood kills like in the olden days. But Eriss seemed to inherit these gene of the blood-thirst which made her crazy for human blood and very powerful. Quickly her parents found a solution to help control their little daughters cravings they ordered for a craftsman to make a ring with a blood ruby. A Sorceress they knew of came as requested to enchant the ring in order to hold the inner blood ravaging vampire in Eriss at bay.

The ring was also made to change to grow as Eriss got older so it would always fit. Eriss's mother gave the ring to her daughter on her first birthday, as always she warned her daughter never EVER to remove the ring. Though she never really said why. The thing is when Eriss goes full Vamp she never remembers anything after it subsides.

Until that evening when she had been out playing with a little human girl that she had come to call her dearest friend even after all the scolding and warnings of playing with a human. She was no more then five when by pure innocent accident as her little friend that went by the name Jesse tripped some how grabbing the ring yanking it right off.

When she came to she screamed in horror at what she saw and held in her arms. It was Jesse eyes blank her skin cold, and blood was every where. She called for her mother to help her to save her friend. Her mother checked for any signs of blood flow looking up into her tiny scared little baby girls eyes she shook her head.

Usually Vampires with control of their cravings can simple bite a human or animal drink was they need then that's all. No harm done the human or animal don't change they still go about their normal lives in a sense. But Eriss had drank the girls blood dry so they had no way of saving her or to turn her into one of them.

Eriss went on with life over the years the pain slowly went away of her dear friend Jesse. It took her a few years to actually return to old self. She clung to her older brother as her support, him being the only one to sooth her when she woke up screaming from her night terrors.

At the age of 16 she was out in the forest doing what she did best disobeying her mother. She was never to leave the inner town walls but she couldn't stand the same thing over and over again. Wanting so much to venture out see the world she came across a young man sitting by a lake with paints, and paper. Curiosity got the best of her which compelled her to walk forward soon she was standing right behind the man peering over his shoulder. The colors were so vibrant, dazzling she let out a gentle "Wow" which startled the young man.

This is the time she found her passion for painting using her creative side. As time when on she took it from the canvas to painting her skin with make up. Things were going great though she kept the secret of what she was from this young boy as their friendship blossomed to lovers. She knew if he found out she was a blood sucking vampire he would hate her and endanger her family.

Eriss brother scolded her demanding her to end this farce with the boy who he felt was a bad choice for her. (the over protective older brother) When she didn't heed his warnings he took into his hands inviting the boy to their home at the time Eriss fed on the human servants that willing gave up some of their blood for their safety.

In the midst of her feed the boy (Alexander) walked in on her she froze pulling back blood on her lips smeared slightly. The horror of this encounter was devastating to Eriss when he screamed "Monster!" before ran off but not before her brother threatened him with his life and his family if he ever told they would cease to exist.

By this time Eriss was in her human years of being 20's which seemed to be where their aging stopped. She ran from home tired of her life being controlled hurt and torn to pieces by the rules of who she was.

She traveled for many months wondering from place to place learning new techniques with her love for body art. When she really stumbled onto a circus that peaked her interest finding it all peculiar how it worked. She found out in the Circus her love for body art would be very useful feeling that she found some place to fit in once more being that she wasn't the old strange being their she felt, at home.
