Personally think the large tower on the far right could be a bit lower. I really like the water that's dripping from the smaller pods(?, not sure what to call them.)Β
P.S. It sort of reminded me of the anime Ergo Proxy, when she Re-I first gets out of the city.

These things are superb, I've been working with some chaps recently on a project which requires monolithic design similar to this sort of scale and I haven't been able to fully achieve the illusion that you've managed here.
Your technique and composition are outstanding so I won't waste your time talking about those! As for design it's a wonderful balance of super futuristic alien design with some human industrial elements that I think give it the touch required to give it some meaning. Honestly, without the small in-between aspects of what look like walkways and maintenance facilities I think these would become a lot more ambiguous in their form and perhaps have a more biological suggestion to them, taking away their architectural qualities.
Out of interest, what in your mind are they supposed to be? I feel it's important to know your intentions in order toΒ criticallyΒ consider the design language!
