I started reading this wonderful book called "Wildthorn." It's based in the Victorian era. The girl gets sent to an insane asylum by accident. She's really smart, but if you're a girl in the Victorian era and you read too much, it's going to cause you to go into insanity. ahaha. xD People like that piss me off! When she was little she wanted to be a boy. It turns out she is like in love with her cousin, Grace, and his mother is kind of abusive towards her during her childhood.
I know, it's like everything I could wish for in a book. (although I wish grace weren't her cousin or straight.)
I'm not done reading it yet though! >.<
To think I only picked up the book because the cover had a corset on it. xDDD

The "I wished I were a boy" part made me think of Parker. BUT Parker wishes not to be a boy. She just wants to dress up like one.
I never draw Parker dressed as a girl, so I wanted to.
