The hood was made from my friend. I wasn't going anywhere with how I was trying it out, but my friend is more of a specialist in it.

Hello my friend.
First I'd like to tell you that I love this cosplay. It is on point, one of the best I have ever seen. It looks very natural with just regular clothing, it doesn't look like a costume. That is what I love about it so much. Your jacket is awesome, and I know you mentioned it belongs to a friend of yours and you got a new one for yourself. Is the one you got from that website you posted the same as the one in this photo?

Out of curiosity, how well could you see out of the mask? I have a similar one for my Spoiler costume, and I'm still working on tweaking it (because my god is it hard to see out of sometimes).

Back then, I couldn't see well at all. I always had to take off the mask and put it back on whenever pics were asked for. In fact, my eyes ended up burning most of time due to how tight the mask was on my head, causing the fabric to press against my face, basically smashing it haha yeah, that is the true story about wearing the mask.
I'll get back to you with a better answer, because there is a commissioner that is working on making me a new mask. I put medical gauze for the eyes at another convention and that worked out a lot better. There is a white mesh I keep hearing ppl talk about, and I think it was applied to a Spider-Man costume I wear, because the clarity on that one is amazing. I'll have more info soon.

This is me taking ten years to reply to something oops.
Basically the same for me-- I could see through the mask, just not well at all. It was much easier to navigate if I just took it off. However, I didn't have the problem with the tightness, fortunately. It was hot to wear since it was full-face but the fabric fit well enough that that wasn't a problem. So visibility is the main thing I'm looking to improve.
Oh, those are both good ideas! Hopefully I can figure something out like that, too. Right now I'm just thinking of re-sewing it and stretching the white fabric out further, so that it's thinner.
