I love the way that they decorate EPCOT for these occasions, but I almost wish that they didn't have these wine festivals. I was at EPCOT a couple of years and it was overflowing with foreign tourists so drunk they didn't know what country they were from.

I agree completely.
It's beautiful, and while the festival is on, there's far more places to eat, and the whole place feels more alive. But, it does fill up with far too many people coming in and drinking up
