your grasp of anatomy is stunning, and your work in general uses colors in a way that makes me want to hang most of your pictures on my walls. I like her tattoos and even parts of her dress (I don't like that it's so skimpy). her face seems static somehow, not sure why. Is the longer hair part a scarf or hair? Also something isn't ideal about the ball/sphere.
Mostly I think the pic would be better if the char would focus on the sphere as opposed to straight at the viewer.
