Overall, excellent piece; the quality of your illustration is on-par with some of the high-tier cards that I've seen in iPhone trading card games.
The amount of detail you've put into this piece is amazing; from the intricate patterns in the lady's outfit to the subtle tattoos and the smooth shading of her skin. Overall, the impression she gives is "beautiful and dangerous." I also love how you contrast the warm, fiery colors with cool colors in the background, and how you convey the impression of flames dancing in her hair.
Your depiction of an efreet stands out because it is not what I would expect; she doesn't look demonic like most of the versions I've seen, but she gives off an ethereal/otherworldly aura.
I guess the only criticism I have is that the lights and flames in the foreground blur/obscure most of the background, aside from the window.

I can't decide if that's an overdressed or under-dressed Efreet.
More seriously, great job as always. Gorgeous details in her clothing as well as the tattoos. I love her accessories and hair too. The way the hair has gold shot through it is a really nice touch. Some very nice fire effects too and I like the subtle background. They both add some nice detail but don't distract from the focus on the character.
