IΒ΄ve seen many studies, and iΓ‘m curious, how do u go about making a study of something? IΒ΄ve been wanting to try out landscapes myself, but iΒ΄m clueless of where to begin.. do you have any tips for a novice?

love them all, though I find myself very fascinated with the trees in the lower left. how did you get that dotted effect? some nifty brush settings? because if you did them all manually... 
the grass in the upper right looks great, too.

The top two are my favourite - they have lots of depth in them, the bottom two seem more flat, if that makes sense... Lovely stuff.
