At long last I can give Tira his Rosettes!!!I cannot take any credit for this gorgeous design, the mighty Pannzilla is to blame thank for the design and those lovely and super complex rosettes, which will be a fun challenge to draw!
Now to make a nice clear reference sheet of him....and every other character I have.
