Wow. Electabuzz is a really wierd looking pokemon. Here you made it to be so cute. That is very impressive. It is interesting to have blue stripes instead of black. In modern color theory (the one with megenta, yellow and cyan) yellow and blue are complementary colors. Seeing them together in this picture really makes them pop in an appealing way.
