Its a Kit, haven't made one of these in a while this is one for the larger Andrew Barclay 0-4-0's, the part of this kit the six cabs, seen on many different engines so you could make your own one, as well as safety valves two varying in length.

Also included are step ladders.

Have fun with this, I'm considering making the smaller 10-inch Barclays.
