Yeah. Like Tammy said, "chocolate makes this glaceon go wild".
Also, I kinda have this idea that too much chocolate can make Vincent sick since he is a canine. Although Iris is also part canine so to extend on my reasoning, Iris' smaller body makes her get a sugar rush more easily than Vincent who by the time get his, he would have a stomach ache.

Well I differentiate Pokemon from our real life animals in certain cases. And considering that I've seen far more Vincent eating cookies official and fan art and fan fics you can see why I associate cookies with him more XD
