Page 39 from Sketchbook no.50.

From time to time I like to divide page in random blocks and simply draw whatever in each of them - It's sort of like composition practice without thinking about it much.

I think there are two types of artists - snipers, who know what they are doing, and those that simply shoot in all directions till they hit. First type makes few, but quality artwork, second type makes tons of artwork, but only few of them actually look any good. I'm the second type - instead of thinking and calculating what might look nice - I simply make tons of pictures till things feel right. Quantity over quality, ha ha.

Simply liked how this page looked like, so decided to share. Ignore the derps please, there's no undo function in traditional.
