Oh you should. It is very awesome seeing it in HD. I think the best movies to watch in HD are 3D animated movies.

It's not coding, it's a way of formatting replies that originated on imageboards
And I've never once seen a black DVD case used for a BR disc - the size might differ, but it's always translucent blue. And it's a nice fan-made cover on there, (although it could use a Hasbro logo). I'm surprised more people haven't called you on it... or perhaps they just played along. The Comic-Sans just proved too much for me to ignore though...

Well, playing the skeptic has always worked for me, so I'll stick to my prior thoughts. Worst case scenario is that I'm proven wrong after doubting that Hasbro gave out an early copy of MLP: S1, let alone one without an NDA specifically saying not to take pictures. I can live with that.

I'm just surprised that another naturally skeptic individually didn't comment sooner. And the NDA thingβ¦doesn't exist with MLP. There is flat-out pictures being taken of the actual production of season 2 right now.

Indeed, in a world where people shout "SHOOOP" from the top of their lungs at pretty much everything, I'm surprised you got the response you did.
And there's always an NDA with media companies, some are just a bit... less restrictive than others. So far, we haven't really seen anything aside from shots of the rooms being used and a screencap without anything really going on (Spike holding an unmarked book, iirc, not much in the way of spoilers or trade secrets). Otherwise, I'm sure some of the crew would love to show us more of the creative process, especially when many of the animators are fans themselves. Still, I'm glad that we've seen what little they've posted, which I'm sure exists only because of the awesome community response they've been getting.

It really is a blu-ray case. Doesn't have to be in a clear blue standard blu-ray case at all. Look at the other blu-rays and see how they vary from the standard blu-ray case to DVD like cases.
