I was commissioned by to draw for myself a Luna piece. It's a compliment to the Celestia drawing below. Astonishing work. Astonishing damsel with notable forlock and hair in general. Just love Her smile, Her eyes (they seem a bit transparent, tho), and that moon-in-the-hair idea.
Also, the background...God, those are pretty cool northern lights, which perfectly go along with Luna's colours. Glad for your choise.

This is an awesome glamour portrait for the Princess of the Night. I love the textures and lighting as they reflect off of her thoughtful, optimistic, and very pretty face. Her regal pose exudes confidence. Her mane looks amazing in it's semi-ethereal form as it filters the moonlight; the trace of the Mare in the Moon is a neat little detail. The starry sky and aurora are lovely enough to be worthy of her glory. Thanks to you and GrandMoffPony for sharing.
