The style is really well fitting for a Zelda related piece, the lighting, color styling, etc. I love it! (The eyes really do stand out!) ^.^

The background really brings out your character's personality in these drawings. This one has that heroic/ mysterious look. Obvious from the zelda world, This guy has a really neat mane cut. I'm sure Valgore02 will be pleased.

I love your use of shadows, it really gives that cartoon-y depth effect we all enjoy! Not to mention the glow in the pupils, makes them pop out.
Maybe you'd love to try lineless, smooth gradation pieces. If you don't know how to do them, visit ctrlpaint . com, they've a lot of amazing tutorials. Though I'm sure you know most of that stuff, judging from the quality of your work! But we artists and designers must help one another, right?
