Demanding attention, disrupting the path of light, darkness bellows below. Burning its mark onto whatever it strikes. Leaving not so faint reminders, the shadow devourer of light exists. Always clouding our vision of what we seek. Destroying the possibilities, a perfect world made. Demonstration of its powers shown, eternal night falls. Lingering in our presence, the shade pulsates as it bleeds out. The shadow, like spilt wine leaves a potent mark on reality. Any one so shy, shrieks pierce the ever thinning air, little kids and nightmare so bleak. Condescending night, moon lit so that the shade aggravates those among us, bring forth this never ending desperation.
