Yay! Thank you everyone for 500 pageviews. This kiriban is of the characters of Wallflower, aka Yamato Nadeshiko Shichihenge, aka My Fair Lady, aka Perfect Girl Evolution. This is one of my favorite mangas of all time, so I really wanted to draw something for it. The concept is pretty simple, but I wanted to do something that just showed the whole group together. (I considered also putting the landlady in this, but I figured she'd look really out of place.) I looked off of the covers of the manga for coloring, and flipped through the volumes a lot of times to get a reference for this. The only colors that I got off of the anime was the princess's (is it Ojou, or Tamao or something?) because she was never colored in the manga. Though some parts are kind of off, I hope that I at least somewhat captured the idea of Wallflower's beautiful artwork.
