Good picture from Finnish defence forces training mission.
That gun is RK-62 i used that gun too when i was in army.(And that gun is semi or full auto action)
Good times, sometimes i wish that i could go back to army.

Haha, it's only 3.6kg's with a fully loaded mag, lightest piece of equipment we had :0 The vest he (and the rest of us) is wearing is easily 15kg's fully packed, and the backpack carried at marches runs at about 35kg's

We had a "National defence" lesson in shool and at the end of year we had to go on somekind of "mini army" thing.. It was like hell. All the soldiers hated me lol They told me not to toch the gun ever again!

Yep. With the gun and the vest Longest march we had was 75km and that also included crossing water with all your equipment ontop of your head

This rocks my socks off. I'm also supremely jealous of your metering (and/or?) B&W RAW processing technique. That looks just as good as stuff I get shooting Kodak tri-x.

Well, basically it's just adding EV steps and cranking the contrast in coloured mode in RAW, then converting to BW in Photoshop with gradient maps. For the film feel - just use high-pass filtering (depending on the size of the picture, filtering from a range of 0,3-1,0, and then converting the high-pass layer to either hard- or vivid-light. Sharpens up the image nicely and also gives it an unique feel.

And thanks for the comment!
