Ok going to slip in some extra info for my competitor/s :3

Experiment: They were trying to create a Super defense system they thought they could control. They mixed Dog genes with Cat genes and failed many times, but finally they chose a cheetah the closest cat to having dog like features and it was a success. He was one of the first experiments in the facility and knows about every one after him, getting front row seats near the door of the experimental room.

Powers: The experimentation of elements also gives him a super ability of aqua control. Though they were never able to create the formula again for the ingredient papers were ruined by him. They also never learned how he controls them.

Personality: A normally gentle creature, but being a carnivore he can be aggressive when hungry or in danger. He use's silence and distractions to his advantage.

Other: He has high sensible ears (being 6IN. Long), His tails are prehensile and can be used to grab, drag, and hang, they could lift over twice his body weight. His water control is only used for defense, the only way to falter it is a good kick in the head (which he is very careful about)

Weekness's: Head shots, mortal

Water control- he has several basic teqniqes

Ice Shield: Ice forms infront of him and any lengthy projectile. Ice forms on his body very close to the skin, This is normally used for his head area.

Air pocket: used for underwater hunting or travel, a small air pocket forms around his head for air

aqua arms: lengthy water arms spread out and are mostly used to make noises or movement to distract his prey or predator away from him.
