Description Another result of my Life Drawing class. The point of this assignment was clothing, and I thought that beautiful gowns and tuxes would be nice for that point.


I decided to have a little fun with this. I thought ballroom dancers would make for an interesting subject. I hope you will agree. >_>


I sadly don't have a lot to say about this piece. I used a whole Prussian blue marker on the background? Yea, exciting stuff.

Yea, I know. X_X My Life Drawing teacher insists we draw everything 18"x24" or BIGGER. Which looks all fantastic in a display case, but is HELL to turn digital. I just have to sit there and take pictures of it.


The funny thing is, SOMEWHERE in our school, we have this amazing HUGE scanner. And when I say huge, I mean huge, as it is meant for blue prints. However, it belongs to the Interior Design students, and apparently, because of some incidents, if they catch animation students using it, the consequences are bad. I want to use it though! Maybe I can sneak in on a Saturday . . .

i'm so used to drawing on that size paper that it doesn't quite bother me. also i am used to taking pictuers of it as well. thank god i have an awesome digital camera...

anyways.

holy flip muck that sounds like a great scanner! what quite would be the consequences if they catch someone?

Not sure. ; But I'm seriously contemplating some sort of covert mission. As far as I know, they have a massive printer too. O_O

damn, they suck then! they have all the fun toys! ya know, if i was going to that school with you, i totally would do the covert mission. we could be all mission impossible about it.

The blue in the background is awesome, the cityscape gives it a sort of moon-lit dance feel! I likes. :3
