Finally, this is my first video of KanColle. Kongou is really adorable, I have a big desire to cosplay her, more than Rivaille *o* Her voice and design are gorgeous.
I apologize for the bug physics of Yura and Abukuma, I need to re-upload this video three times and I ended up getting tired, so I left like that. It's very ugly but I hope you will forgive me for that.
I also, for the first time, try to add audio effects, I hope this is not too bad and I also hope to improve on this point.

It's rare to see Kongou in western MMD works it seems. Accounting you, Lorenzo2ization, and myself I've only seen about two... Maybe three other works with Kongou on DA.
