Description I've been in a drawing/colouring mood a lot lately but after hearing how my style was manga but with a fairytale/american/cartoon twist to it from a friend (these comments always make me happy regarding my style) I decided i wanted to explore the fairytale side further.

Seen some DisneyFairy storybooks that I absolutely love the artwork too, which urged me to try play about with my style for a bit. I also seen some artwork from a DA artist ( princekido ) whose chibi-disney artwork is so cute that i was really inspired to do something yesterday!

So, I drew an experimental pic of Robyn (SakuraYume) in my sketchpad (borrowing bits and pieces of styles from the Fairy book "Fawn and the Mysterious Prankster"I owned and from PrinceKido's style and incorporating it into my own). I liked it so much I drew Elle and then Seth too and a few hours later (scanned, inked in Gimp, colouring and backgrounding in GIMP) I ended up with this pic XD

Must say I'm rather proud of this little venture, I might try it with my other characters for fun. Don't think I will stick to this style for my comics, but I may try draw random pics like this and maybe even try solidify this style somehow so I can draw people like this at Artist Alleys and whatnot XD
