For the contest. Anyone who knows me would know there's no possible way my pokesona wouldn't be an eevee. I'm just obsessive like that. But I couldn't 'just' be an eevee. >w>

Name: Aria
Gender: Female
Species: Eevee (most of the time)
Eye color: Bright blue
Distinctive Markings: Her ear tips are the same color as her neck poof and outlined in darker brown, as is her tail. Her belly is also neck-poof-colored, but not outlined in dark brown.

Personality: Generally happy and optimistic, Aria is a great listener and loyal friend. She isn't a fan of conflict, although she still enjoys battling immensely and can be very fierce sometimes (play battling is great, but she would attack something in a heartbeat if she thought a loved one were being threatened). Aria can also be extremely stubborn, unnaturally paranoid, or overly sensitive.

Story: (inspired by a story in the manga) Aria was born without the ability to evolve ... or rather, STAY evolved. If she happened to touch a fire stone, she would evolve into a flareon and stay one as long as she was touching the stone. At first this defect was fun for Aria because she could experience every different evolution possible, but eventually she became annoyed at being unable to remain one. As a solution, Aria wears a small pouch around her neck (stolen from a Murkrow, for at one point it held shiny jewelery) containing pieces of fire, water, and thunder stones, sun and moon shards, and fragments of an ice crystal from Snow Point City and a moss rock from Eterna Forest. Whenever she needs to evolve for any reason, she can take out a stone and hold it for as long as she feels like staying the evolution. Usually she keeps the stone in her mouth to ensure easier movement, but she can be quite vulnerable this way if hit hard in battle.

The story behind the paws: A pokemon artist painting several Metapod in the forest ran home to retrieve something (it's not like the metapod would have moved XP), but he left his art supplies out. Aria, being quite curious, came across the seemingly abandoned items and went to investigate. She was highly amused by his paints and began to play with them, making finger-ehm, "paw"paintings all over the trees and ground. She left before the artist returned (although she certainly would have loved to see his face when he stumbled upon her artwork ), but no matter how many puddles she splashed in, the paint would not come off. She had unintentionally dyed her paws four different colors. Other eevees made fun of her for it, but her friends thought it was pretty (which helped Aria, since she couldn't help but be embarrassed at first). When she evolves, her paws remain dyed.

Done in Photoshop CS4 (and it took forever XP)
