Chibi cutout for of her lovely Bluescales. :3 This was colored entirely with Sakura gel pens and is a LOT shinier than it appears here.I drew this on the plane as I was coming to visit ~Vestaki , and a little boy sitting next to me was staring the whole time. I hope he went home and drew dragons. XD
