First off i would like to say you did a great job with this piece, you captured the feeling of halloween for sure. Im not gonna focus on the positives of this piece since it would defeat the purpose of a critique.

The first thing i noticed is you need to push forward the pink pumpkin it is fighting for attention with the guy holding the pumpkin, i would suggest darkening it and see how it looks. The focus point is nice the only downside to it is the hat on the pumpkin has the same colours as the vest the guy is wearing which at first confused me and i thought it was the same piece of clothing, but this can be easily fixed just a minor issue.

The next big thing is your image is a little flat, there is not much depth too it, you implied it with perspective but you need to push the values back of the guy on the left and on the right so they seem more in the background. This will also make your focus point pop more in your image and attract the viewers eyes.

Now unfortunately Your skull in the upper right corner does not fit the piece you need to give some space for the viewers eye to rest and not necessarily fill the whole canvas with creatures and character, Another big thing would be the skull itself, i would take a look at your skull and some references, the eyes are not proportional to each other the jaw is too wide. I would do some skeletal studies and understand how the human bones work.

The last thing i would say is the guy on the right looks like he is holding a scythe but when you look closely he is summoning some sort of cute ghost, unfortunately it is not clear at first glance, i would look over the design and try and convey it a little better so the viewer understands right away or take it out completely since thats not the main focus of this image. The colours on the ghost also fight for attention with your main focus, i think a blue/ purple ish colour would work a lot better too stick to the theme of your piece.

P.S. i had fun critiquing this piece i really enjoyed the concept and the colours you put in, the picture was exciting as well.

It is a nice perceptive, everybody looks like they are going into fight . I like the dark background and little lights floating in front. The skeleton demon reminds me of Inuyasha series.
