Who would that be amongst the streets mingling and dancing between the crowd?
Why, it's a young girl clothed in green and gold.
Look how she sparkles in the light and easily fades into the shadows.

Tara in her gypsy/dancer disguise. She would dress like this to blend in while standing out in the crowd. Always the odd one, she is.
Her decision to dress in such a way was that Nobles tended to be more reserved and would not be caught showing off so much skin, let alone dance in the street for money.
While she is out, she gathers what snippets she can from conversations had all over.
She may be a Royalist, but she keeps her interests first.
