Well i don't like V generation so I doubt i'll play it, but acording to bulbapedia all you said it already used to do it in it's debut generation.
- Magic coat reflect spikes and toxic spikes DAMAGE.
- Brick break also breaks Light Screen and Reflect, and has 75 base power.
- Most pokemon that use mist are water pokemon that have better support moves...
- It's useful against Safeguard which is useful to your side in story games but, against other players, many of them combine damage move effects/ability (such as static, flamebody)so it'll just be useful in a negative status team.
- I can't say much about stealth rock, i think it's kinda illogical... I'll do a comic about it thx

It's basically a more viable option to spikes, and it deals more damage to flying types, (if gravity was on). Many walls like to use Stealth Rock.

Ugh.... I always wondered why we couldn't just use Gust or even Air Cutter to blow the fog away. Seriously, they might as well've use Sweet Scent as the next HM, considering both's usefulness. Cute pic, though!

Even that, with Flash we got the opponent's accuracy down. Defog we lowered its evasion, which is good for... like three moves.

todo pokemon q eu conheço pode ser util, na otra deviation tava conversando com um caso inédito, um kra q tem toda team dele com pokes basicos, cyndaquil etc... e ja ganho 16 gym e ta treinando na liga lol. Mas o fearow é muito fodao se vc explorar o atk e a velocidade dele
