The scene is flawless, how blooming she appears next to the flowers, with the city and night setting it's a wonderful render.
She looks so elegant in the dress and I like the slight turn of her head, she looks so understanding and goodhearted.
And my god the skin shading is fantastic, it looks so pure and I like that it looks cold and warm the same time.
The white shine looks cool and is eye catching, the red tone makes it appear warm and soft, I like how it comes from her cheeks and chest.
Her face is amazing, the blue, sharp eyes and soft blending rosy skin colour make her appear so soft that it feels drawn.
The hair has a colder tone than usual and it's really well fitting to the night scene but still it has a glamorous look.
Her dress is just awesome, like it's made out of silky gold, the lights reflecting are making it come out so special, together with the colours and nightly scene it unfolds its full potential.
Also the pants look great, they look very soft too and I like the lights and shadows on them.
I also like the level of realism the clothes and scene add, it makes the whole scene more taking and it's awesome to look at.
The scene is so in harmony with her, the city lights make it lively and the render makes it "sound" like there are people's voices and noises.
I like the flowers next to her and how they highlight her, as well as the blinking signs, implying an ongoing city life.
The music really matches, it's cooling and warm and fits the night life.
Altogether it creates an atmosphere that feels relaxed and welcoming, like we are giving her a flower before or after the date but there's no tension between, it's all in harmony.
I really like what you did here and how you enhanced her shading and brought it to a new level.
