Yeah, but his teeth aren't deformed from eating raw, spoiled children meat. Not to mention the height difference. Drippy, gooey magic goo isn't quite as scary as tall, covered in blood, deformed skeleton. There's also the deadly puzzles and the risk of getting eaten if said puzzles get failed. Creepy vs deadly...

...I'm sorry it just seems like you want me to be invested in something that isn't my AU.

It's beginning to bother me how much you're fighting me against this... just be happy that you think that Papyrus is creepier and be on your way. But my opinion differs, none of what you said sounds creepy to me. If anything it just sounds overdone...

plus hardly anyone knows anything about the character you're pitting Horrortale Papyrus against... so there's honestly no room to even compare.
Where there is a GAME for Horrortale, there is ONE page to a comic of Riverfell.

Oh my goodness! I am so sorry! That is never what I was trying to do. I thought this was simply a conversation, not a debate. I love your comic so much, and I'm completely in love with all of the characters you have created. I never meant to insult you or make you feel like I was picking one character over the other. If I knew you thought I was trying to make this a competition I never would have commented. I promise that I wasn't trying to insult you or your artwork in any way.

I'm just... not comfortable with comparisons... my stuff doesn't usually get 'popular' and being compared to someone who is 'popular' was just kinda driving it home that my stuff isn't like 'popular' stuff...

I really love your comic and characters. They're all so cool. The entire thing is really creative, and the only reason you're not 'popular' is because enough people haven't found your account.

Thank you. I was just surprised that the au didn't exist yet. Mermaid au is one of the most common type done... Ever. So I had to fill that void myself. 

Also I came up with the idea of the mer-skeleton bros first and couldn't resist.
