This is difficult to comment on, as it depends on your style. Now if it's your style not to care about showing the red and yellow in the marks: The black markings should be dark, as there isn't much light hitting the area. (The arbok you have here has the same shading as the one I'm looking at.... yes I have a pokedex) Arbok has a large hood, on his left side the tail should be shaded in darker (as the light source seems to be coming from above and from the left) The end of the tail looks shaded in fine, only i can see where your strokes are. But it doesn't look bad, since your lineart looks sketchy.
Overall I'd say this still looks good. I like the rough sketchy look. ^^ Great lineart and the shading looks pretty good as well.
