  Akane is mostly a unsympathetic, passionless, and selfish girl at first. She talked harshly to other and generally don't care about anything that didn't have anything to do with her. But inside, she's a very affectionate person. She just put a facade so that people won't be too close to her, because she's very overcritical to people and she doesn't want anyone to get hurt because of her. Despise that, she enjoys flirting with boys a lot even though she's not really interested in dating them.

  The Fujimoto household is known by their business. They own many types of stores, and the head of the family have a lot of connection with people, whenever it's good or bad. Akane is the youngest of 2 siblings. Her sister was already married and she left the house when Akane was still in middle school. Whilst her father and mother always busy managing their tons of business and barely stay at home for breakfast and/or dinner.
  Akane always stays home alone, because her parents said that she was a strong brave girl and the outside world is full of bad people who want their money, so she tends to be shy when meeting new people outside her house. Despise her shyness, she tries hard to make friends at school and study her so that her parents will be proud of her. Although her friends openly bullying her because of her richness, she just continued studying and got great grades in her school. Although when puberty hits her, she becomes way more mature than her friends and dyed her hair pink. She still keep some part of her natural hair color. Her parents didn't really seems to care that much about her appearances and thought that he was just on the rebellious stage of life.
The day that the letter of Miryoku Academy was delivered was the day that Akane's parents were home, taking a monthly vacation from their business trip. They said that they just want to relax at home and catching up with their daughter's life. She was really happy when she received her letter, and her parents were really proud of her.
