Yep actually thats Robot Sam (it doesn't mean shes not Sam. Shes still Sam)

Shes crying because when she got heart "kokoro" she felt touching and very deep. and finally she knew that Danny made her due to he lost Sam.

When Sam got her kokoro she felt sad and very touching. Shes crying when she looked the system. She understood why Danny made her because he lost Sam. She understood lonely always make us sad. So she dedicated it for Danny. She sang for Danny and gave some flowers for Danny.

Finally Sam died at the end, because she can't held on her heart. Her heart was very big and touching for her. She died while smile like an angel from future.
