England just crowned Bob as their king because he grabbed the sword when the Minions tried to steal Queen Elizabeth's crown under Scarlet's order.
By the way, I love when King Bob had speech in front of public after his coronation. This scene was funny because when he yelled "King Bob" the public was crowded but when he talked, the public was quiet because they didn't understand his language
