Description
So, this is the main character of my project?His name is Fukita Koga, is a schoolmate of Mari and even though both first dislike each other as Mari thinks of him as plain,boring and not worth having a Ghost and Fukita of her as cheeky bitch in a cute girl-disguise they both will later on developing a crush on each other -rolls-
He is a patient, doubtful, cowardly, stingy yet very hard working, ambitious, responsible and attentive boy whos right shoe is possessed by a Ghost he named Mooru.
And now some explaination of the main concept;
Ghosts:
Ghosts are non-defined beings bound to the same world as humanity yet are seperated from humans as they live in a different perception field for which the humans perception is too dull to notice. Ghosts are neither the souls of dead people nor demons, they are non-physical, individual creatures with individual abilities, personalities and feelings. Yet Ghosts aren't as social as humanity, the opposite, they are living a pretty primitive life in which everyone is the enemy of everyone. They can be pretty brutal to each other but as they are no physical beings they can't die, so they keep on 'absorbing' each other as it makes them grow and so get more power. Due to the fact that Ghosts can't touch nor hurt humans or their world, the weaker ones tend to make 'contracts' with humans to be able to live in one of their belongings (any object), serve them and for that being save.
Contracts:
Contracts between Ghosts and humen are quiet complicated and rare as it needs a human who has a slighty wided field of perception, even if only for some moments. That can be the case with extreme and strong occurring feelings as example while or after an traumatic events, strong desires or near death experience. If a Ghost notices such things and talks to the human directly it can happen that the Ghost's voice is heard. If that's the case only the orally permission of the human is needed and from their on the Ghost possess an object the human is holding. The contract can be passed on to other humans by passing on the object, it only ends when the object gets destroyed.
Possession:
The possession of an object by a Ghost has advantages for both so it can be compared to some kind of symbiosis; while the human and the possessed object grant safety for the Ghost, the human has a loyal servant granting him special abilities. Also both can talk to each other from there on as they are connected when holding the object. But their is also a big disadvantage and danger for the Ghosts as when they possess an object they became a physical being which can die when the object gets destroyed.
Types:
- Basic-Possession: it's the most common type; with permission of a human the Ghost can posses a belonging object and modify its ability
- Living-Possession: that's a rare type; it's when a Ghost takes possession directly of a human or other living being with permission, gives that creature special abilities as much as sharing the control over the body by times
- Force-Possession: rare but it becomes more usual nowadays; this type is the forced and not agreed possession of an object or creature which results of a Ghost not asking for permission and trying to take possession by pure will without any 'contract'. It turns out in an unbalanced possession which usually rampages and in most cases the they split up again after a short time, but if not the possessed object or creature ends up 'breaking' apart together with the Ghost
I hope you like my protagonist and the idea, with the next character I'll submit I will describe the main plot~

The protagonist Fukita is really cute!
I love his relationship with Mari--especially when they start off on the wrong foot but eventually grow to have crushes on each other ❤ that's so cute and so pure ;o;
I love the concept behind your story! It's so interesting how you have Ghosts and how they possess things. It's interesting that Fukita's Ghost is in his shoes. I really really can't wait to know more about your story Null!
