He's a pretty unique boss. Instead of killing him, you'll get tortured by a swarm of scary zombie-like ghosts while The Sorrow shoots blasts that scare the crap out of you when it hits. I remember the time when I made it to the end and I was like happy, but then I got killed and I was totally freaked out until I used a revival pill.

quite possibly the first guilt-trip boss in gaming
first time i fought him i couldn't make it to the end (no room to maneuver)

XD first time i killed him in the weelchair but i had low hp and i died by the weel XD and i was like "U BUSTER " XD then i leave him alone and then i went to fight him he was behing me XD the only thing i lisent was "THERE!" XDDDD i lost 2 3 times until i blow the pops brains out and i had no thermal vision it took me 1 hour to beat him XD good old days mgs 4 is kinda boring iliked the end and the cobras the survival stuff 4 is too fantasy i hate fantasy cause it aint realistic XD
